Placing an Order

Funky Fossils offers a quick and easy way to order products from our webshop. 1. Find the fossils you want. 2. Go to cart/checkout. 3. Provide delivery details. 4. Make payment with preferred method. Products will be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation and we will provide a tracking code.  

Shipping returns

If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the fossil(s) within 14 day no questions asked. A return will only be accepted if the fossil is in its original state. Any damage to the fossil will forfeit the right to return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Info@funkyfossils.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
